In 2022, Avventura Urbana launched an internal process of reflection on the inclusion and sustainability of its projects and organization. It has done so through participatory methods and by involving people who collaborate with the company in different capacities, in order to define their strategies in a shared way. <\/span><\/p>\n

Ever since our foundation, our mission has been to bring innovation, belonging, and inclusion into decision-making processes, placing listening and informed dialogue at the center. In 2021, we embarked on atransformative\u00a0journey by integrating ESG issues into our strategy, culminating in the publication of our first sustainability report in 2022. The 2023\u20132025 three-year period represented an acceleration phase during which we strongly consolidated our internal dimension, turning our commitments into concrete tools and practices.<\/span><\/p>\n

This evolution led us to officially become a Benefit Corporation. For us, this is not a formal milestone, but the beginning of a more demanding phase in which strategy, governance, and impact assessment must be tightly connected. We are convinced that the quality of a participatory process depends not only on the methodologies adopted, but also on the transparency, accountability, and consistency of the organization that designs and supports it.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Today, it is no longer enough to state that involving people has intrinsic value. We need to better understand when participation truly succeeds in improving decisions, including underrepresented voices, strengthening communities, and generating lasting change. To tackle this challenge, our future path focuses on three strategic pillars:<\/span><\/p>\n
