Ufficio Pio’s 2024 Social Report involved a structured participatory process to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement in its programmes. Working with Avventura Urbana Srl, Ufficio Pio engaged its partners, volunteers and the beneficiaries of its services.<\/p>\n
The process, run in four stages between March and April, included targeted interviews to understand the context and an open, immersive event attended by more than 120 beneficiaries, who shared their experiences and suggested improvements. A further event brought together 80 partners and volunteers to assess how effective the programmes are, focusing on themes such as networking, support for individuals and research.<\/p>\n
The findings were brought together in a video that gives participants a voice and tells the story of the process, producing a dynamic, participatory account for the Social Report.<\/p>\n
