In 2024 Avventura Urbana, in partnership with Sex and the City Milano, ran a process for women and queer people exploring the theme of safety in public space.

More than 170 people took an active part through 15 separate listening sessions in as many city neighbourhoods. The inclusive, interactive and place-based approach encouraged exchange between people of different ages, origins and backgrounds, bringing out the many voices on this sensitive subject while drawing on the considerable local capital of the host neighbourhoods.
