Participatory Gender Audit (PGA)

In 2022, Avventura Urbana trialled the Participatory Gender Audit (PGA) within its own organisation, a method created by the International Labour Organisation (ILO).

The PGA is a tool designed to analyse organisations from the perspective of gender, assessing inequalities and jointly identifying a strategy to foster inclusiveness.
