Novellara 2030: through women’s eyes

In 2019 Avventura Urbana organised and ran — on behalf of the Municipality of Novellara — a Future Search Conference for women of different ages, cultures and religions, to set out together the possible development scenarios for the town of Novellara (Reggio Emilia).

Participants were divided into four groups, each discussing a specific theme chosen by the women themselves: the environment; personal care; culture and interculture; the historic centre and the outskirts.

Mind mapping was used to collect impressions and information and, at the end of the event, made it possible to give back an overall picture of the trends under way — material for defining a “desirable future” for Novellara.
