Valvitalia CSRD Sustainability Report

In July 2024 Avventura Urbana organised and ran, in partnership with SOIN Company, a stakeholder engagement session as part of the process of preparing Valvitalia’s sustainability report under the new CSRD standards. The session formed part of the materiality analysis, a crucial step in identifying the sustainability topics that matter, in terms of financial as well as environmental and social impact.

The aim of the session was to involve the company’s senior management in discussing those topics. After a plenary session, participants were divided into thematic groups where, with the help of experienced facilitators, they could share how the topics previously identified through interviews affect their own areas of responsibility. Finally, as the method requires and with the greater mutual understanding that the discussion made possible, they completed a questionnaire rating the relevance of each topic, making it possible to refine the reporting process.
