Strategic planning
We help public bodies and local authorities draw up their plans and programmes through the active involvement of communities and local stakeholders — for example the Strategic Plans of Metropolitan Cities or local development plans.
Our strategic planning service for public bodies focuses on creating integrated solutions for urban, economic and social development, with particular attention to sustainability and fairness. We actively involve citizens and the main local stakeholders to ensure that every decision reflects the community’s real needs.
Our work is built around:
- public-private collaboration: facilitating cooperation between administrations, businesses and citizens to build a shared vision of the future;
- multidisciplinary solutions: integrating economic, environmental and infrastructural aspects into plans, ensuring sustainable and coordinated development.
Tourism and cultural promotion
A central part of our work is the promotion of tourism and culture as a lever for local development. We believe that making the most of cultural heritage is essential to stimulate the economy and create new job opportunities.
The processes we support:
- sustainable tourism: we promote models of tourism that respect the environment and local communities, securing lasting benefits for the area;
- enhancing cultural heritage: we work with public administrations to restore and promote cultural assets, combining initiatives that involve local people and attract visitors.
- bids for national and international events: working alongside the cultural manager Paolo Verri, we help cities prepare and present bids for national and international competitions such as Capital of Culture and similar initiatives, supporting the development of bottom-up cultural strategies that draw on the energies already present in the area.
Protecting inner areas
Our integrated approach aims to develop every dimension of local development: from strategic planning to the protection of inner areas and the promotion of tourism and culture.
We are committed to protecting and developing inner areas, which often suffer from isolation and a shortage of services. By involving local communities and activating local resources, we help administrations find:
- place marketing strategies: we design campaigns that bring out what is unique about an area, promoting its natural, cultural and historical resources;
- solutions that improve the quality of services: implementing innovative ways to deliver essential services in sparsely populated areas;
- emergency response: creating participatory, coordinated plans to respond effectively to emergencies in the areas most vulnerable to hydrogeological risk.
