Training

Participation is the key to coordinated, inclusive territorial, economic and social development. Through our dedicated training, we give public bodies, private companies and non-profit organisations the tools they need to build structured participatory processes that involve citizens and stakeholders in strategic decisions.

What our training covers:

• knowledge of the main participatory tools: learn to use methods such as active listening, deliberative processes, co-design and digital platforms to encourage active, democratic participation;
• designing participatory processes: acquire skills in the macro and micro design and management of processes that foster dialogue;
• facilitation techniques: develop practical skills to lead discussions, mediate conflicts and facilitate exchange between different interested parties.
• evaluation and monitoring: learn to monitor and assess the effectiveness of participatory processes, continuously improving practice and results;
• digital tools: get to know and use the main digital tools employed in participatory processes and public consultations.
