Strategic Plan of the City of Ancona

In the early 2000s, Avventura Urbana started working on the first strategic plans for local development: one of these is the Strategic Plan of the City of Ancona.

Between 2015 and 2017 Avventura Urbana took care of the process of drafting the Strategic Plan of the City of Ancona and the relative participatory management program. The process allowed to identify the priorities for action, promoting a collective initiative capable of rethinking the physiognomy of the city, starting from the revival of its relationship with the sea.
